My career didn't start in real estate. It started on construction sites. In 2007 I joined J&P as a Quantity Surveyor on the contractor side, working on major infrastructure including QAIA (Queen Alia International, Jordan). That's where I learned how projects are actually priced, scheduled, and delivered. From the ground up, not from a brochure.

After a few years on-site, I went back to sharpen the analytical side with a Master's in Quantity Surveying. Formal training to back up what the field had already taught me.

Next came the consultant side, at D.G. Jones & Partners, one of the region's top cost consultancies. I worked on landmark airport projects including KAIA (King Abdulaziz International Airport, Saudi Arabia) and HIA (Hamad International Airport, Qatar). This is where the budgets, cost plans, and project economics get shaped.

Then I crossed over to the developer side. At DAMAC Properties in Dubai, as an Estimator, I saw the full economics. Margins, launch strategy, and what a unit actually costs to build. Not the render, the reality.

Today, as a RERA-certified agent, I bring all of that to every client I work with. No fluff, no generic brochures. Just straight answers built on nearly two decades in the industry.
